We do not accept returns, or cancellations.  All sales are final, but please advise us if you have any problems with your order.

RETURN POLICY & PROCESS 

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS unless error is made by the company “Goddess Boutique “

We can not exchange the garment(s) if they have NOT been tried on, stretched, worn, used, washed, soiled or ruined. The garment(s) that you are sending back must be in perfect condition. ONLY REASONS FOR AN EXCHANGE IS IF THE WRONG ITEM IS RECEIVED.  If your item is the wrong size too big or too small, we can do (1) exchange for the same item, or equal or lesser value.

For sanitary reasons we do not take items back that have been word, or used or washed. We would never send something that has been tried on by someone else to any of our customers.

We do NOT change sizes, addresses, nor items on orders once they are placed. Please make sure that address  are correct, and absolutely no P. O Boxes.

We  do not offer exchanges ! NO REFUNDS!

 Most of our boutique items go to 5XL.    ( Please make sure that you order the right size.) * All Jewelry is made with materials of Sterling Sliver or Gold Filled. Please keep in mind that each item, should be taken care of properly. 

We do not provide refunds under ANY circumstances. NO REFUNDS!

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. We, Goddess Boutique , is not responsible for any shipping charges regarding an exchange. Please allow 24-72 hours (WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED) for a response in regards to your exchange. Please keep in mind, we do check for wear and tear. Once approved; a email will be sent to request which item you would like in exchange. Your credit is good for items that are the same amount credited. One exchange has been selected we will ship the item (s) to customer . 

Attention: Due to COVID19 we have the right to refuse exchanges or any packages after this time frame.

Effective Immediately: We will no longer approve damaged returns. Please send product back in original bag, with tags; we have the right to refuse and refund minus 30% plus the shipping fee for any damages applied to our products!


Preorders are allowed on certain products per the owners approval. Preorders are provided with an exact date when the item will be shipped. It is imperative that the buyer read the details provided for “preordered items”. Once a preorder is placed; it is treated like a regular order. You, the buyer; will be charged a restock fee of 20% if you are seeking a refund after 3 days from the initial purchase. Preorders are held products that are guaranteed for you which takes from our stock count. Sizes, addresses or items cannot be changed on preorders. Our preorders come as high demand products and a fee will be charged for with holding this product from being purchased. If multiple items are purchased with a preorder we will “not” ship separately; it will ship with the preorder unless you pay for the additional shipping expense. Most of our clothing are on PREORDER status , due to high demands. 

Damage Products: 

We are not responsible for any damages or wear and tear of any items . Unless upon arrival items were damaged. You have seven days , from the day your package shows delivered on the USPS website! If your product shows delivered successfully past 7 business days; we are no longer responsible for damaged products. 

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

We, Goddess Boutique , will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once shipped or through transit with USPS. Most packages come with insurance up to $100.00; if you are unsure and want to add additional insurance please email thegoddessboutique.accessories @gmail.com. 

For Smaller orders we ship first class which does not come with insurance. The buyer can request insurance on first class packages which comes with an additional fee. If your package is over $100.00 insurance will automatically be applied to your order. In the event your order is lost, stolen or damaged; please contact USPS immediately for assistance!
